Visual ERP is a light front-end aproach as a template for Micro business ERP-systems . The aim is to provide a base template for ERP software vendors, and to make Business 2 Business dataexchange easy.

The thinking is from the users point of view in a very small (e.g. a Micro Company). Any user needs to work with different business processes and stakeholders every day. The user needs to quickly change focus from one very important issue to another equally important matter, without losing information, and effinency.

In this perspective I put together a very short embryo to idea, that I have visualized in a couple of screenshots. The stakeholders are in the tabbed menu in the right side of the screen and the business processes for each of those stakeholders is in the top of the screen. It is most likely that the user shifts focus more often between processes to t he same stakeholder than the other way around.

Version 1.5.3 This version adds another column to one of the db tables. In order to use v1.5.3, it will be necessary to remove all currently monitored sites via the existing FTP/DB set up page (index1.php), then upload the new installation and re-enter your site details. I have added a new field to the preferences page: ��List of files to rename:�� The field consists of a list of comma separated file names to be re-named on discovery. If found, these files will be re-named by giving them a �� _renamed.by.ssam�� extension. This feature might be useful where you know of certain file names that have caused you problems in the past. Re-naming the file as soon as it is detected, will prevent it being used for malicious purposes, e.g mass mail spamming. An email alert wil l be sent on detection.
