Help with prom accessories, hairstyle, ect.?

up in a fancy bun or go to the salon and great dreess blue sparkly
purse with dnagling earings well look perfecet on you!

short spandex or something under it (just in case) - but I think it'd
be great for prom. <br>

If you wanted to you could curl your hair or pin up part of it with a
decorative bobby pin or a clip. <br>

Accessories.. I'd either do the clip/pin idea ^ ^ or maybe one or two
thin silver bracelets. A necklace would be kind of hard to match with
that neckline. Also a small clutch that matched the bracelets would be
good in case you want to carry around your phone, money, etc. <br>

Shoes.. well how tall is your boyfriend? Flats would work. But also
heels (I wouldn't suggest too tall or strappy since the dress is
already short). Maybe something like these
