working at an amusement park?

Oscar Waddups: I'd always prefer to overdress than underdress for a job interview. It can only improve your chances of getting the job.

Maynard Phoubandith: in all probability video games, I wouldnt desire to be a journey attendant, what if somebody threw up on it ewww, and for the nutrition service no because of the fact then i'd continually desire to devour and its in all probability in basic terms junk nutrition

Conrad Puleio: you don't want to work there. read this...SeaWorld San Antonio?Have you ever wanted to work here? Doesn't look like fun to work at a theme park? Well let me tell you, it's not. This is by far the worst place i have EVER worked. The main problem is, it's run by teens and groups. So how do you keep your job in a place like SeaWorld San Antonio? Just follow these 3 simple rules:1) Keep your mouth shut2) Don't stick up for yourself or others3) Try to be in a group or clique. (If not, you might as well quit. if not you'll be fired.)These 3! steps will insure you your job here at the wonderful SeaWorld San Antonio! Lets elaborate now shall we. Step 1) Keep you mouth shut. --This means, well, keep your mouth shut. If you say anything to offend a assistant supv. or supv. you will be documented for it. Even if it has nothing to do with what you did, they will simply make it up and mark it as a severe or serious documentation.Step 2) Don't stick up for yourself or others.--This means that if you do, you will be a target. A target that must be gotten rid of. You see, supervisors are scared when team members or assistant supervisors stick up for themselves and others. They see them as a threat. That they might tattle on them and get them in trouble. So they target you and try to get you fired. First will come many documentations, then the usual eye rolling, ignoring you, then when you need a break to eat, they will leave you out at your station alone for 5 hours with no food or water. What? SeaWorld doesn't do this?! Oh yes they do. This is BEHIND THE SCENES PEOPLE! But what's ! that you say? This is harassment in the workplace? yes it is but this brings me to my next step.Step 3) Try to be in a group or clique.--If your not in a group or clique, you are already a target. Your "leadership" role models are already trying to fire you. If your not their friends, you shouldn't work with them. So if harassment in work place continues, where do you go? HR? Why yes. HOWEVER, your leadership crew, the ones who are trying to fire you, THEIR FREAKIN MOTHER WORKS THERE!!!!!!!!!! Ahhh!! now it all makes sense.*You see, SeaWorld San Antonio works in series of cliques. If your not part of that, you will not last. If you just want a job to make ends meet, you are already a target for termination. This is because their whole freakin leadership system is screwed up. They are all in it together. Who can you trust their? No one. If you accidently piss off one person of higher power, then guess what? They will do all they can to fire you. That means, you can't get hir! ed else where because of the termination that will be on your record. So next time you are filling out that application for the wonderful SeaWorld San Antonio, i would think again. Trash it and apply else where. It's not worth your time....Show more

Melvina Bieri: In my opinion it always pays to look professional. Even though you're thinking it's 'JUST an amusement park job,' you still have to conduct yourself professionally. If you make a great first impression and look like having a job there actually means something to you, you will be more likely to get the job. Having a professional look and attitude can also mean better chances for advancement later.

Romeo Tinnea: i agree with that dude above me you only get to make a good first impression
