Stanton Villao: A 05-06 Cadillac CTS would cost u around 15-17 K. And they are very reliable, comfortable, great performance wise, and they are fast too. lol But they're great cars. I have one. Trust me. If not that, then a Infiniti G 35
Idell Dufort: A crowded CA hwy will do wonders on a car. The higher maintenance costs associated with a Volvo would be unacceptable. Your idea of a Mazda 6 is the best yet. Plenty of them around & very reliable. And if you have kids, that's important. More money towards family & less on the car is desirable. I don't favor hybrids b/c of the batteries. In time those will need to be replaced at significant cost. Sure you save fuel & it's good for the environment, but until they make it easy on the wallet, others can drive them & I will buy a reg gas car @ much lower cost. I would also consider a used 08 Chevy Malibu LT. Well within your budget & a very sweet smooth running V6 if you can find one. People like to hold on to those. Same ! engine used in the Caddy CTS. G'luck!...Show more
Ofelia Kieck: I would go with a Toyota Yaris or Toyota Prius.
Hunter Beech: did no longer see something interior the item via fact of this Democrats in specific will enforce the variety of tax. From the item, "however the gasoline tax is determining of steam, professionals warn, via fact extra effective autos are making use of much less gasoline and increasing gasoline fees discourage using. As tax revenues falls, so does the rustic's skill to pay for street shape and maintenance. the answer, say many transportation professionals, is to replace -- or complement -- gasoline taxes with a according to-mile tax on each and every motor vehicle in u . s . a . of america". indexed under are hyperlinks to taxes reported by skill of the voices of the GOP:...Show more
Pamela Meno: I suggest option 1, a four door midsize sedan. An Accord or Camry, possibly Altima or Fusion. They are popular vehicles so there's plenty ! of used ones available. Gasoline in California is the most exp! ensive in the nation (50 cents per gallon above the national average). Good fuel economy is important if you drive 200 miles/wk.
Valentine Willinger: Within that budget i believe you can afford a brand new toyota corolla, it is reliable, gas efficient, and very low maintenance cost. older more luxurious cars are unpredictable and maintenance and/or repairs could be costly.
Robt Heemstra: a good car to go for would be a newer honda civic they are reliable and only run about 17,000 dollarsgood luck :)
