Particularly it is money provided by the government of Calif. for Calif. residents to help pay expenses at Calif. schools of higher education.Other forms of student financial aid include:Pell Grant funds and Federal student loans - funding from the Federal government, specifically the U.S. Department of Education for U.S. citizens attending colleges/universities approved of by the U.S. Dept. of Education.
