Are references required for a job at McDonalds? XD!?

Pamela Meno: YESyou will need references so talk to teachers, ministers, anyone you have done casual labor for, friends parents etcetera be sure to ask if you can use them as a reference and let them know to expect calls from prospective employers.

Lyman Gauld: It depends on who is hiring you. Some people want references, but others don't mind if you don't have some. You SHOULD put some good references on your resume though. Just think back to anyone that you know that would say good things about you. DON'T use family or fri! ends as a reference.
